“VAT is an issue that we are looking at legally and policy-wise,” says Dr. Kayode Fayemi. Dr. Fayemi said that at the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, we have experts looking at it.
He added that NGF is waiting on the Supreme Court to accelerate the decision so as to have clarity over who should be in charge of collecting VAT.
